My customer has a technical problem paying with LocalCoins. What can I do?

In this case, please ask them to directly reach out to the community administrators by going to “Me” → “Contact us”. Ask them to provide all the information they can about the problem such as, whether this was on the UrbanChange app or the Pera Wallet app, what were they trying to do, what actually happened when trying that, etc.
