What can I do with the LocalCoins I received as incoming payments?

All your LocalCoins, whether earned as rewards or as “Revenue” (incoming payments) can be used to make outgoing payments at other participating local businesses. This action keeps the coins circulated locally and makes a stronger local economy.

Alternatively, you may swap LocalCoins you have received as “Revenue” (incoming payments only) for USDCs. Go to “Me” → Locate your revenue balance → Tap “Swap” → You will be prompted with the amount available for a swap → Tap “Next” → and you’re done. The USDCs are now in your account.

If you’re using the Pera wallet account, follow this:

Go to “Me” → Locate your revenue balance → Tap “Swap” → You will be prompted to opt-in to USDC (you only need to do this once, on your second swap this step will be skipped) → You will be prompted with the amount available for a swap → Tap “Next” → Re-authenticate your wallet connection → Complete the swap by tapping “Swap with Pera Wallet”.
