I have made a qualifying action but I don’t see the LocalCoins in my account. How can that be?

LocalCoins are added to your account only after an action you took (when participating in initiatives) was confirmed and approved as a qualifying action and the transaction was signed by the community administrators (or “Community Leaders”).

This process can take up to 14 business days. You can track it via the UrbanChange app.

If 14 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your LocalCoins, please contact your community administrators (or “Community Leaders”) for support - go to “Me” ⇒ “Contact us”.
