I got an error message stating the transaction failed. What should I do?

You should simply try again. If that fails, try to log out and then log in again to start the payment flow from the beginning.

However, if you’re using the Per Wallet connection method, the most common issue has to do with having multiple connection sessions on your Pera Wallet. The solution would be to disconnect all of them and then try again. Please open the Pera Wallet app and go to “Setting” → “WalletConnect Session” → Click “Disconnect All Sessions”. Next, go back to UrbanChange and start the payment flow again, or click “Try again” if prompted.
